The number of detached listings in West Vancouver in April (at 366) were down 9% vs March and 35% below April 2019. The 21 detached sales in April were down by 20 month-over-month and 16 below this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio declined to 6% in April, as conditions continued to favour buyers in West Vancouver’s detached market. April’s benchmark price was $2.57M—0.7% above March and relatively unchanged from April 2019. The average sold price of $2.85Mwas 2% higher vs last month but 15% below last year.
