The Full Potential Proactive Program The Full Potential Proactive Program has been designed for past patients that want to stay on top of their muscular health, and their health as a whole. This program consists of 2-4 appointments per year (depending on individual needs). This gives you the opportunity to be examined by your Physical Therapist who, at each appointment, will evaluate your musculoskeletal system, identify non-optimal areas, and provide treatment and exercise to correct the imbalances. We’ve found that patients find multiple benefits in staying connected to us after they discharge.
