الدولة والدينفي الدستور المغربي بين الحماية والاحتماء: من حراسة الدين إلى تديين السياسة State and Religion in the Moroccan Constitution: From Guarding Religion to Religisising Politics * Nabil Zegaoui - نبيل زكاوي ملخص: تبيّــن الدراســة الــدور الجوهــري للديــنفي البنــاء الدســتوري المغربــي والممارســة السياســية؛ حيــث يتداخــل الديــن والدولــة عــن كثــبفي الدســتور، وهــو يعمــل (الدسـتور) علىحمايـة الـدور الـذي يلعبـه الديـنفي الحيـاة العامـة، سياسـيّا أكثـر منـه اجتماعيّـا. وتـرى الدراسـة أن الطلـبعلىالديـنفي نـص الدسـتور وفي تنزيلـه هـو طل ـب سياسـي وليـس إيمانيّـا أو ثقافيّـا، وأن ال ـدور السياسـي للديـن لا يتعل ـق باسـتغلل الدي ـنفي الأزم ـات السياسـية، ب ـل يظهـر عـن طري ـق اسـتدخال الدي ـن بشـكل مؤسسـاتيفي الحي ـاة السياسـية. الديــن والدولــة، الدســتور المغربــي، حراســة الديــن، تدييــن كلمــات مفتاحيــة: السياســة. Abstract: This study reveals the essential role of religion in the Moroccan constitutional edifice, as religion and the state closely overlap in the constitution thus protecting the role that religion plays in public life more politically than socially. It concludes that the demand for religion in the constitution is more political than ideological or cultural, and that the political role of religion appears not through its exploitation in political crises but through the institutional integration of religion in political life.
