Rendering by The Neighborhood Design Center Unified Efforts, Inc. Out of School Time Program is happy to provide our services. We are committed to enhancing the Penn-North community. Moving forward, we are seeking additional support, funding, and volunteers that will give our capital improvement project a forward thrust that will enable our children to receive the after and out of school time programs they will need to stay caught up with their academic responsibilities. Now, that UE has out-grown all of the community spaces we are asking all to support our efforts in the new construction of an out of school time program that will be constructed in 2020.
