We at Rockland Family Chiropractic & Wellness Centre are focused on using chiropractic care and massage therapy to treat and restore our patients to pre-injury condition in a small amount of time. We do this by identifying the problem at hand and then treating it using numerous soft tissue therapies, joint manipulation, and rehabilitative exercise programs, to return the patient to optimal heath in a timely fashion. Our patients range from runners, triathlonists, crossfitters, dancers, hockey players to everyday individuals from infants to seniors. We pride ourselves on treating not only structural misalignments but also the soft tissues that attach to the structure as well as give the patient the proper exercise/stretching programs so that the condition is less likely to reoccur.
