At Hands-On Physical Therapy, we see patients who come in with pain and injuries where the origin is unknown. This happens more commonly than people realize, and when a patient is unsure about the discomfort they are feeling, many tend to leave it alone in hopes it will get better. However, this can actually lead to a worsening condition, making the treatment process much lengthier and more difficult. With our diagnostic testing services, a patient with pain or discomfort they are unsure about can come in and receive a diagnosis for what they are feeling - so they can be treated accordingly. With our diagnostic testing services, a patient with pain or discomfort they are unsure about can come in and receive a diagnosis for what they are feeling - so they can be treated accordingly. Not only that, diagnostic testing can also help determine problem areas before a condition gets worse.

In fact, in a recent study, it was found that 60% of patients who had received diagnostic testing for their symptoms were able to be provided with more effective treatment plans. A wrong diagnosis can send a patient down the wrong treatment plan and can cause symptoms to get worse - diagnostic testing helps fix that. If you are experiencing uncomfortable symptoms, it is likely that MSKUS (musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging) could help figure out the issue and provide you with relief. Contact Hands-On Physical Therapy today and we’ll diagnose your condition, so you can receive the treatment you need and get back to living your life comfortably.

HANDS-ON PHYSICAL THERAPY COVID-19 PT SOLUTIONS

Musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging is a tool that uses sonic waves to see inside painful areas of the patient’s body. It allows your physical therapist to analyze movement in certain joints, muscles, ligaments, and nerves in the affected area, in order to figure out the source of the pain. This test provides similar results to that of an x-ray, CT, or MRI; however, it is non-invasive and much safer. The use of sonic waves does not put you in any exposure of radiation as similar tests do, and the real-time imaging provides more accurate results. MKSUS technology has been known to diagnose and treat a wide range of painful conditions, including, but not limited to: • Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis • Muscle spasms • Muscle strains and tears • Bone fractures While these are themost common conditionswe diagnose, MSKUS technology can also help with other conditions, such as whiplash, phantom limb pain, dental pain, and even certain types of cancer. How can I get started? If you have been considering diagnostic testing, don’t hesitate any longer. With musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging, you’ll be able to discover the origin of your pain so you can get started on the right treatment plan toward recovery and relief. That’s the biggest advantage of PT diagnostics: looking inside the body to find out more details and information regarding your pain. At Hands-On Physical Therapy, we are also happy to say that there is zero out-of-pocket cost for MSKUS diagnostic testing. Additionally, we will be providing you with a coupon for your visit. If you’re ready to get to the bottom of your pain and discomfort, now is the time! Contact Hands-On Physical Therapy today to schedule a consultation with one of our experienced physical therapists. Do You Have Friends Or Family That Can’t:

“Explained tome aspects of my care that had never been addressed!” “As a mother of 3, everyday life has been challenging for my body and back pain was a way of life. Through the years I sought help from at least 3 physical therapy offices and various chiropractors. Nobody was able to rid me of my pain because I was given the wrong treatment. A friend of mine asked me to at least try this facility which was my last resort before surgery. The therapists of Hands-On PT explained to me aspects of my care that had never been addressed. They also gave me suggestions on how to manage and handle my body in ways that now allow me to enjoy life.” - P. H.

The cook time should be in the range of 15 to 20 minutes. When the farro is done cooking, drain it into a strainer. Let the farro sit in the strainer for a fewminutes to cool. Place the cooked farro into a large mixing bowl, along with the spinach, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and artichoke hearts.
