Christ, O ur Life When .Christ, who is ourSife,, shall ap­ pear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory '(Col,. 3 :4). -Christ, the Word of life. , In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (John 1:1). Holding forth the word of life:* that I may rejoice in the day of Christ . . . .” (Phil. 2:16). Christ, the Water of life. If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to; . drinkyS thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee liv­ ing water (John 4:10). Christ, the Bread of life. And Jesús said unto them, I am the bread of life (John 6:31). But few events are narrated during the one hundred years of his life in the Biblical record, but each reveals some relation to faith. The out­ standing events are here given with the faith relation stated: Genesis 12—The Call—Faith Obeying. Genesis 12—Sojourn in Egypt—Faith Breaking. Genesis 13—Offer to Lot—Faith Un­ selfish.
