ALA CYNWYD, PA — Kinsley Construc- tion, Inc. was recently awarded a contract to construct The Residence at Bala Cynwyd, a new 102,000 s/f independent, assisted and memory care senior living facility in Lower Merion Twp. Developed and managed by LCB Senior Living, LLC , and designed by The Architectural Team, Inc., this $26 million project will feature 84 modern one- and two-bedroom suites in a six-story building with un- derground parking. The facility will also include a library, din- ing services, a fitness room and B
a rehabilitation center. Construction is scheduled for completion by July 2021.
