Après l’installation d’un bureau régional de santé dans la municipalité, il y a de cela quelques années, Casselman va se doter d’un hôpital satellite de l’Hôpital Général de Hawkesbury (HGH). Cette structure hospitalière verra le jour dans les deux années à venir. Une entente entre la municipalité et l’HGH, approuvée par le conseil municipal le 11 février, stipule que la municipalité est prête à vendre un terrain pour un montant de 2500$. Ce terrain vacant, situé au coin de la rue Principale et de la rue du Boisé, serait réservé pour l’HGH jusqu’au 31 décembre 2022. Ces activités ont connu beaucoup de succès auprès des familles. Des centaines de personnes ont fait le déplacement, du village et des environs, pour s’amuser et passer du temps avec la communauté, tout en étant bien encadré. Le jour de la Famille n’est célébré que dans les provinces canadiennes de l’Alberta, de l’Ontario et de la Saskatchewan, le troi- sième lundi de février, une fête créée pour donner aux gens la chance de passer du temps avec leurs familles.

Les Panthers d’Embrun ont assur é un peu plus leur présence aux éliminatoires en battan t les Glens d’Alexandria 6-4, dimanche dernier, à Embrun. Désormais, avec cette victoire, les Pan- thers d’Embrum cumulent 59 points dans la division Martin, ce qui les place en troisième place, derrière les Golden Knights d’Ottawa West et les Junior Canadians d’Ottawa. Cependant, tout n’a pas été facile pour les hockeyeurs d’Embrun, qui ont du batailler pour décrocher la victoire face à l’équipe d’Alexandria, bien organisée. La rencontre a commencé avec les offensives des Panthers, rapidement payantes avec un premier but de Maverik Labrie dès la huitième minute. Les Glens d’Alexandria ont subi la déferlante attaque des hockeyeurs d’Embrun mais ont tenu le coup et ont réussi à quitter la glace avec le même résultat, 1-0. À la deuxième période, Nathan Everett surprend les visiteurs avec un deuxième but, portant le score à 2-0. Les symptômes sont les mêmes que pour les adultes, mais ils sont souvent confondus avec les comportements de la « crise d’adolescence ». L’instabilité chimique du cerveau provoque un désintéressement général de la vie. La violence familiale D’autres situations déstabilisantes peuvent également être constatées lorsqu’un adolescent a choisi le suicide. Il peut connaître des difficultés d’ordre familial, comme la violence de ses parents ou les agressions sexuelles. la cyberintimidation sont des phénomènes graves de plus en plus répandus. Les jeunes qui sont ciblés souffrent davantage de dépression et d’isolement. Ils craignent de parler de ce harcèlement et de confier leur malheur à autrui, de peur de subir L’intimidation L’intimidation à l’école et
davantage de maltraitance. Ce phénomène conduit inévitablement au décrochage scolaire. Certaines victimes peuvent tomber malades, avoir des difficultés à dormir et montrent des signes de dépression. Plusieurs enfants prendront un autre chemin pour se rendre à l’école, d’autres ne se présenteront plus en classe. Cette violenceenmilieuéducatifmènesouvent au suicide. Tout récemment, plusieurs jeunes, plus particulièrement des filles, se sont suicidées à la suite d’actes d’intimidation. Les autorités scolaires affirment prendre les mesures nécessaires par la mise en place de programmes d’aide et de surveillance, mais le problème demeure profond et il est difficile à contrôler. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching propane deliveries to customers as well as providing customer service support on incoming customer lines. This position is also responsible to assist in the planning and forecasting of workloads based on the branch demands and growth Major Responsibilities (listed in order of most important to least important) • Communicate directly with drivers for the purpose of managing current and upcoming delivery demand. • Prepare daily work and route schedules. • If a vehicle needs to go in for service, help coordinate with the Fleet Specialist and the driver and schedule routes accordingly • Create reports with avg sales and build routes to be dispatched to drivers. • Prepare delivery selections within Acomba and manage day to day dispatching within Descartes. • Produce and review various reports. i.e.: performance reports, make necessary adjustments, run out report, follow-up with drivers, call center and daily tracker for driver. • Review and adjust customer account delivery parameters (tank quantity, signage, etc.), as needed. • Review weekend customer service inquiries with respect to delivery and take required action. • Utilize Descartes & Acomba systems and reports to manage delivery operation. • Assist/Train other staff on Descartes and Acomba delivery tools (i.e. delivery record setup, Delivery profile etc.). • Book Hotel room for overnight drivers. • Provide customer service support on incoming customer calls. • Awareness of Propane Handling Code and other codes pertaining to the safe delivery of fuel products.
