I

deal in Morristown, NJ. More recently, successfully complet- ing a 259,000 s/f renewal for a world-famous Berkshire Ha- thaway company. How do you contribute to your company and/or the industry? For TRANSWEST- ERN I have many initiatives - from creatively marketing properties* to creating buyer, seller, tenant, and agency re- lationships with landlords, building owners, tenants and the like. To date I have suc- cessfully done so with many brands from FACONNABLE to a major Berkshire Hathaway

company, to Daniel Cremieux luxury clothing, HUGO BOSS, Overland Sheepskin Company, Harvest Restaurant Group, and many more. (*see: https://www.youtube. com/watch?v=jGsTMPVRRW8) Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? My Father, Mother, Wife, and two beautiful kids – they all keep me motivated, sharp, successful and creative. What impact has social me- dia/networking had on your career? Networking both on and off line is the only way to create and sustain a successful business career…from Linke- dIn to Facebook and beyond. As the old saying goes, “It’s never WHAT you know in life…” Re- lationships are everything. Tell us how and when you began your career, about your current position and why you choose the field/ profession you are in today? Beginning my full-time career in my Parent’s basement, circa 2001, I founded RPR Sports and Entertainment (“RPR”). RPR’s initial business model was to be the bridge between corporate clients and nationally recog- nized celebrities for special appearances, speaking engage- ments, autograph signings and product endorsements. To gain instant credibility, prior to announcing RPR’s company launch, I formally assembled a very elite advisory board of celebrities including: Otis Anderson (NY Giants), the late Gary Carter (NY Mets), Rob Gilbert (Rangers), Gerry Cooney (Heavyweight Contend- er), the late Rusty Staub (NY Mets), Dick Anderson (Miami Dolphins), Brian Kelley (NY Giants) and others. With corporate clients such as Delta Airlines, Schieffelin & Somerset, Breitling Watch Company, Microsoft and oth- ers, my “bridge building” model resulted in relatively immedi- ate business. Due to the increasing popular- ity of Digital Video Recorder technology such as TiVo and to ensure RPR’s ability to grow, I rebranded RPR Sports & En- tertainment to RPRMarketing Solutions in 2003 adapting its focus to include strategic prod- uct placement and integration into feature films, prime time TV shows, and special events… which eventually led to being featured on CNN, SHOWTIME, E!, and more. continued on page 30D
