The IN4 Group Impact Report: 25-26

n i

Across its programme portfolio, IN4 Group generated social value across five key SVQM impact themes.

The evidence in this report demonstrates strong readiness for PPN 026, particularly in training and retraining, talent pipeline development and routes into employment. Future reporting should build on this baseline by capturing job retention at defined intervals; employment type and working conditions; salary and wage progression; promotions and increased responsibilities; apprenticeship and work placement starts and completions; workplace adaptations; employer-validated skills shortages; and examples of community co-design. These measures should be incorporated into programme specifications, participant follow-up and employer reporting so that IN4 Group can demonstrate sustained, high-quality outcomes against each Model Award Criterion.

Employment & Volunteering (56.4%), accounted for the largest proportion of social value created reflecting the portfolio’s strong focus on employability, career progression and workforce development. This was followed by: • Economic Value (18.7%) • Education & Skills (13.1%) • Health & Wellbeing (10.5%) • Social & Community (1.4%) Together, these themes demonstrate the breadth of IN4 Group’s contribution to individuals, employers and communities through inclusive skills development and regional economic growth.
