OUTPUTS, OUTCOMES AND IMPACT
The AWS re/Start Programme has delivered targeted employment and digital skills outcomes across Greater Manchester, creating new pathways into the technology sector for young people previously identified as NEET.
47 STAKEHOLDERS
The programme engaged 47 stakeholders, supported 18 learners to begin training, and enabled 15 participants to successfully graduate from the programme. Early progression outcomes have already seen 2 participants secure employment, with additional learners continuing to receive progression support into
employment, apprenticeships and further education opportunities. Through employer partnerships, industry mentoring and practical technical training, the programme has helped participants gain recognised cloud skills, improve employability, and build long-term career pathways into high-growth digital industries.
