PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The AI Content Creator programme has provided targeted creative and digital skills development for young people across Lancashire, helping participants gain practical experience and confidence in an evolving AI- enabled creative industry.
Delivered by IN4 Group on behalf of Blackburn with Darwen Council, the AI Content Creator programme is an intensive eight-week employability programme that develops practical skills in digital content creation through a blend of creativity, artificial intelligence and industry experience.
32 STAKEHOLDERS
Participants work alongside technical experts, creative professionals and partner organisations to respond to live client briefs, learn AI-powered content creation workflows, and build a professional portfolio that demonstrates
their skills and readiness for employment or accelerated apprenticeship opportunities within the creative and digital sector.
The programme engaged 32 stakeholders, supported 18 young people to begin the programme, and enabled 14 participants to successfully complete the full eight-week course. Throughout the programme, learners developed
industry-relevant technical skills, produced portfolio-ready content for real client projects, and received ongoing progression support to help them move into apprenticeships, further training or employment opportunities.
