Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Group Exercise Schedule Classes meet in the Group Fitness Studio on the main level of the Clubhouse. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be cancelled. Barre ** Monday and Friday at 10:30 AM Early Bird Cardio/Strength ** Monday/Friday at 6:00 AM Fitness Fusion * Tuesday (for beginners) and Thursday at 8:30 AM Fitness Yoga ** Friday at 5:30 PM Gentle Yoga ** Tuesday/Thursday at 9:45 AM HIIT It! ** Wednesday at 6:00 AM Pilates (All Levels) ** Morning Classes: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30 AM Evening Classes: Monday/Wednesday at 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM Pilates Core & More ** Wednesday at 9:45 AM Restorative Yoga ** Monday at 9:45 AM (45 minutes) Toning + Abs * Tuesday/Thursday at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, and Saturday at 10:00 AM Yoga 1.25 ** Sunday at 4:00 PM (75 minutes) Yoga for Beginners 3rd Sunday of the Month (19 February) at 3:00 PM (Free class; no registration required) Yoga for Kids ** (ages 7 to 9) Friday at 4:00 PM (45 minutes) Zumba * Saturday at 8:45 AM *Standard Class Rates: $13/drop-in, or $7/ class effective rate for subscription. **Specialty Class Rates: $20/drop-in, or $10/ class effective rate for subscription. All classes are offered on a subscription basis. Between the 15th - 25th of each month, Members sign up for the following month’s classes online , by calling x1234, or by emailing john.porter@ancc.org . “Drop-ins” are allowed at some classes for a slightly higher fee. Sunday, March 19 •1:00 PM Arlington Room Spring Into Fitness - And Win Prizes! Come find out all that your Fitness Center has to offer at this free, informational session. We’ve grown over the years, and you may not be aware of all the services available to you right here at your own club: •Personal Training, including Golf Fitness, Corrective Exercise, and the Biometrics Nutrition and Fitness Weight Loss Program •Small Group Training •Massage Therapy •Skin Care Services (including Facials and Chemical Peels) •Reiki •Physical Therapy Fitness Director John Porter and members of his team will be on hand to provide an overview and answer questions. We’ll be highlighting the many benefits of a wellness program, including functional aging, improved back health, and enhanced athletic performance. There will be door prize drawings for a free facial, a Reiki session, group exercise classes, and a personal training session. The less you know about fitness and your Fitness Center, the more you will learn from this program! Immediately following the seminar (at approximately 1:45 PM), we will offer a free Fitness Center Orientation.
