F or almost half a century, the annual Kips Bay Deco- rator Show House has been at the heart of the interior design industry—as both a source of inspiration and a source of goodwill. Over the years, the showhouse has brought together the brightest, most talented interior designers in the industry, as well as raising millions of dollars for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. Having originated in New York City in 1973, the showhouse took to the road with its second edition in Palm Beach in 2017, and then headed to Dallas in the fall of 2020. The Dallas house benefitted Dwell with Dignity, a nonprofit agen- cy whose mission is to create in- spiring homes for families struggling with homelessness and poverty.
