Commercial : Demand remains solid, particularly for industrial and warehouse properties. Owner-occupiers and investors continue to look for quality commercial opportunities, while tenants are seeking functional premises in established locations. Commercial Leasing & Rental Demand: The commercial leasing market is also experiencing continued enquiry, particularly for smaller and mid-sized industrial premises. Residential : Whilst stock levels have increase, capital growth continues in our area, with buyers becoming more price conscious. Residential Leasing & Rental Demand: The rental market also remains firm, with steady growth the median house rent around $650 per week, With both markets moving differently, obtaining an accurate and current assessment of your property's value or rental potential has become increasingly important.
