EDITORIAL Cont. from Page 5 from his headquarters at the World Council o f Churches in Geneva, in dicate that he is saying and doing everything possible to downgrade the position o f the United States. Ap parently he would sell out this coun try on the basis of the Marxian phi losophy which in effect says that what a person has must be taken, either by fair means or foul, from him and given to the person who has not. If there was ever a time when the National Council of Churches served a good purpose, that time has passed long since. Bible-believing Christians and right-thinking men everywhere who realize this will have nothing whatever to do with it. These Councils o f Churches are monstrosi ties that are deluding many, many good people who are ignorant of the devices of their leaders and who blindly accept whatever they say simply because they are made up of so-called Ch r i s t i an denominations. But they would die very shortly if conservative Christians would refuse to back them in any way whatsoever, and would demand that their local churches withdraw a ll denomina tional support. If the Councils of Churches continue to be the voice o f Protestantism, we have no one to blame but ourselves.
