They are equally proud of their work at Florida Atlantic University.

“We built out their career center, which sees tens of thousands of students every year,” she explains. “They just won best career center in the state. Knowing we helped create that space is something we’re really proud of.” Florida Palm thrives in high-touch commercial interiors, where user experience, flow, and institutional functionality matter as much as aesthetics.

“We know what it’s like to be on the subcontractor side,” Ileana says. “We lived that world.”

That understanding fuels how they build and support their subcontractor network.

“We do quarterly trainings to help subs improve their processes, billing accuracy, workflow, and efficiency,” she says. “We want them to grow with us.”

“We’re building spaces people interact with constantly,” she says. “That’s exciting for us.”
