A Legacy Measured in Mindset
For someone leading a fast-growing construction firm, Ileana’s view of legacy is surprisingly human. “I hope we prove that we can be excellent at what we do without being the GC our fathers or grandfathers were,” she says. “We can change how construction is managed.”
