If your organisation has Projects enabled and you have been recording project time per employee, you can add project time into your own timesheet. You can add project time entries as many times as you like, for the period matching the current timesheet. Xero doesn’t lock the time entries in Projects after adding them into a timesheet. You’ll need My Payroll access with the same login details as your one in Projects to add project time.
To add project time to a timesheet:
From the Payroll menu, select Timesheets.
