From the time entries menu, select: • Your time to view your own time entries. • A project user to view their time entries.
Click the date you want to view time entries for. To change the date range, click the drop down and select another time period, or choose a date from the calendar.
This will generate a list of all the time entries made by the selected staff member on the date you’ve chosen. Each entry shows the contact name, project name, and any description made on the time entry.
You can add time from project time entries into payroll timesheets for yourself or your employees.
To view your staff project time, in the Projects menu, select Staff Time Overview.
Click on the displayed date and select a range or click ‘Choose range’ to change the date selection.
