You can use Xero Expenses app to submit the expenses.
1. Download the Xero Expenses app and log in with your Xero account. 2. To add a new expense, tap the plus “+” icon in the top right corner. 3. Take a photo of the receipt, if you don’t have receipt tap “No receipt”. 4. If you are happy with the image, click “Use image”, otherwise tap the back arrow to take another picture. 5. Enter the description and save as draft. 6. The expense will now be processed automatically, if you want to skip the process, you will need to enter the data yourself, to do this tap the expense and select “Fill it out myself”.
The process may take a little time but once an expense is submitted, it will be ready to review in Xero.
