Once depreciation has been rolled back, you can then revert to the start of the depreciation instructions and run the depreciation again with the updated fixed assets.
If you have disposed of a fixed asset during the year, simply find the specific asset and select the options drop down menu at the top right of your screen, and then select dispose.
This should then take you to the following screen:
