OFFICE TOUR If your home is within our office area, it will be toured by agents from our office who not only will be exposed to your home, but who will also provide us with feedback regarding price, staging, condition of the home, and other items. SUNDAY OPEN HOUSE When appropriate, there will be an Open House held on the first Sunday after listing. The Open House will be advertised in the Sacramento Bee, on WindermereCA.com, our mobile app, the MetroList MLS, and on major consumer websites. NETWORKING I personally present your home to agents in my office meeting, my business team, and other agents in my database from previous transactions and meetings. PROMOTE TO TOP AGENTS IN YOUR AREA We present your property to the top selling agents in the area. Agents who have sold a listing in your neighborhood within the last six months may have buyers waiting. We want the most active agents to get special notification of your home’s availability. We accomplish this through direct mail, flyer delivery services and email marketing.
