ProAmpac Acquires Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Orlando ProAmpac, a flexible packaging manufacturer based in Cincinnati, Ohio, has acquired Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Orlando from Holland’s Clondalkin Group. Specializing in converting, printing, die-cutting and slitting packaging materials, Clondalkin Flexible Pack- aging Orlando is an established manufacturer of lid- ding foils and films. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. With the addition of Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Orlando, ProAmpac has 23 manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia with 3,100 employ- ees supplying more than 5,000 customers in 90 countries. ProAmpac serves food, pet care, health- care, lawn care and retail markets as well as provid- ing secure packaging for the transport of cash and valuables. Sun Chemical Acquires Joules Angstrom U.V.
