SELIN, NJ — KBS Re- alty Advisors announced the signing of six leases to- taling 84,404 s/f at Woodbridge Corporate Plaza, a class A, six-building property in Iselin. US LBM, a distributor of building materials, Susheela Verma, a law firm specializing in business and personal law, a recycling firm and Top Shelf Electric, an electrical and tele- communications contracting firm signed new leases. Mid- dlesexWater Co., a full-service water and wastewater provid- er, expanded their space, while a major insurance provider renewed and expanded their lease at the property. Woodbridge Corporate Plaza is a campus of six of- fice buildings located at the intersection of Rte. 1 and the Garden State Pkwy.
