Information on FPA events such as the Annual Meeting and Fall Executive Conference are detailed in the report, in addition to the FPA Flexible Pack- aging Achievement Awards Program. INX To Acquire RUCO Druckfarben INX International Ink Co., Schaumburg, Illinois, has entered into an agreement to acquire RUCO Druckfar- ben, a longtime printing ink manufacturer in Eppstein, Germany.The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of the first half of 2020. Once the transaction is finalized, Moritz Hartmann will take over as sole Managing Director and will manage the company with the current leadership team. Hartmann has been a member of the RUCO Druckfarben management team since 2015.The com- pany itself was founded in 1857 and today employs approximately 150 people, with representatives in more than 70 countries. Bingham Flexo Services, Uteco Partner Bingham Flexo Services (BFS) and Uteco have reach- ing an agreement wherein BFS will bring Uteco Con- verting’s product line to the 14 Midwestern states that BFS currently services. Uteco is headquartered and manufactures in Verona, Italy, with an additional training and service center in Kennesaw, Georgia. Bingham Flexo Services, located in Batavia, Illinois, employs five technical sales representatives and four customer service representatives.
