This measure would repeal the top-four primary and ranked choice general elections, restore party primaries and single-choice general elections, and repeal or amend campaign finance provisions adopted in 2020, including certain disclosure requirements. It would also restore special runoff elections and change related appointment procedures. A yes vote supports the proposed changes; a no vote keeps the current provisions. Ballot Measure 3 — Voter qualifications. This measure would specify that only United States citizens who meet the other eligibility require- ments may vote.
