Review of Employee Median Salaries The average market position of the actual median salaries of classified employees in benchmarked jobs for the MS pay schedule in 2026 is 0.2% as compared to the public sector and -6.9% as compared to the private sector. RECOMMENDATIONS
No immediate changes are recommended for the MS pay schedule.
