Review of Employee Median Salaries The average market position of the actual median salaries of classified employees in benchmarked jobs for the SS pay schedule in 2026 is -3.6% as compared to the public sector and -7.8% as compared to the private sector. RECOMMENDATIONS
No immediate changes are recommended for the SS pay schedule.
