The Team Tennis League plays each Monday and this year we have 4 teams. It's great to see the very competitive tennis matches, and all the spectators that come out to watch and cheer them on. As of this writing, Desert Double Trouble is in the lead.
The Tennis season is in high swing at Outdoor Resort Palm Springs. It's exciting to see all the drop ins and league play, as well as the many spectators. February started with a well attended Fritters and Fun . Triples was the game of the month, and there were many exciting games. The low compression balls, 3 people on a side, rotation after each point, and underhand serving, all make for a very fun and challenging game. Following that fun, Fritters and Mimosas are served, while the Tennis Town Hall is conducted.

The February Mixer was replaced by the CanAm Games. Thanks to Lucy and Doug Denham for coordinating the Tennis events. Results will be in next month's Oracle.
Alleycats
The March Mixer will be a Wrap Up Tournament and Dinner to celebrate the closing of another successful season. The 2 day event will be held on March 20 & 21. Following play on the first day, Pizza will be served. After the second day of the tournament the Feast of Kinipopo (Hawaiian) will be held. Thanks to Kathy Brown for hosting this event.
