Hamburger icon opens or closes the start screen or leads back to the last opened dashboard. Settings gives access to the application and system set- tings. Warnings gives access to current warnings and warning history. Profile manage user profiles here. Navigation displays favourite destinations and map set- tings. X icon go back to the dashboard or map screen.

4.4.1 Settings

The menu level (pad) will be shown in the title bar. Go a level back by pressing on the back arrow or by pressing the desired menu level in the title bar. Press to return immediately to the main level. The settings menu contains the following items: - Network displays the devices connected to the NMEA2000 net- work and offers the opportunity to configure the data sources. - Preferences set personal preferences here or use this option to restore the standard preferences. - Screens manages the screens and screen collections. - Limits & Alarms defines the alarm values for depth, speed, no wake zone, electric motor, battery pack and anchor watch. - Maps displays the installed maps and offers the option to select, update or delete maps. - Vessel parameters defines the basic parameters of the vessel. - Connectivity configure a Wi-Fi connection here or perform an up- date. - Password provides access to menus for the advanced user. - About displays the current software and hardware versions.

4.2.2 Map screen The map screen can be used for travel planning and navigation. Pro- vided that a usable GPS signal and a local map are available, the map will show the position of the vessel on the map. 4.2.3 Start screen The start screen ( @ Quick Access ) contains the main options and can be accessed from each menu item by pressing the hamburger menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

In a warning situation, a message will appear on the screen. If the buzzer is on, the warning message is followed by an audible alarm. Only switch the buzzer off when another audible signal is available.
