God is known as a haven. 5 See, the kings assembled, they advanced together. 6 They just saw it and were astounded, they panicked and fled;

7 they were seized with trembling, writhing as a woman in labour, 8 just as you shattered

the Tarshish ships in an easterly gale.

9 As once we heard, so have we seen in the city of the God of all creation, in the city of our God – may God establish it forever ( selah )! 10 We have hoped for Your steadfast love, O God,

in the midst of Your temple. 11 Like Your name, O God, so is Your praise to the ends of the earth. Your right hand is filled with righteousness. 12 May Mount Zion be glad, may the daughters of Judah come to rejoice because of Your judgments.
