Psalm 24 1 David’s Psalm. dedi©l The earth and its fullness belong to God, the world and those who dwell in it, 2 for it is the Creator who set it on the seas and made it firm upon the depths. 3 Who may ascend the mountain of God and who may stand in that holy place? 4 Those whose hands are clean, whose heart is pure, who have not given up their soul to worthless things nor committed themselves to deception. 5 They shall earn a blessing from the Creator and be vindicated by God who saves them. 6 This is a generation that searches for God, those who seek Your presence are the family of Jacob ( selah ). 7 Gates, lift up your heads! Be raised, you everlasting doors!
Let the Ruler of glory enter! 8 ‘Who is this Ruler of glory?’ God, strong and mighty, God, mighty in battle! 9 Gates, lift up your heads!
Rise up you everlasting doors! Let the Ruler of glory enter! 10 ‘Who then, is this Ruler of glory?’ The God of all creation, this One alone is the Ruler of glory ( selah )!
