Awards Our HRSTARS Awards celebrate service to the HR community by honoring HR professionals with 10 different awards during the annual HRSTARS Awards Gala. Nominees are chosen by their peers for awards in categories like HR Executive of the Year and Emerging HR Leader of the Year. Our 2019 award finalists were honored in February of 2020 with more than 250 guests in attendance, and the support of eight sponsors. Both sponsor participation and ticket sales saw increases over 2018’s inaugural event.
