Background and Work Experience I am a chartered business psychologist and non- executive director, specialising in
working with executives and their teams to build strong leadership. I have over 25 years experience and am sought after for my ability to provide insights and impactful behavioural changes to leaders at all levels. I am passionate about helping people to be at their very best at work. After achieving an MSc in Occupational Psychology I joined a leading-edge consultancy, conducting research and leading government sponsored think tanks in how to create transferable learning. I then joined a flagship government agency, to work with the HR Director to define the organisational values, and formulate the HR strategy. In 1997 I joined the prestigious OPP Ltd as a Senior Consultant, providing assessment and development and team coaching to blue chip companies. I left in 2000 to establish my own successful business. As well as coaching I also provide in-depth psychological profiling for senior level appointments and investment decisions. Approach Steeped in an understanding of how people work and how to create behavioural change, I use an integrative approach, determined by what is right for you at that moment in time. I am passionate about bringing out the best in you at work, and those that work for you, I will help you to focus on and identify your key strengths using tools such as Appreciative Inquiry and Positive Psychology. This will help you to learn how to maximise your strengths to their full potential. Clients describe my approach as highly supportive as well as challenging. I am trained and practiced in a wide range of techniques and use Gestalt philosophies to underpin my work (and approach to life). I am also a specialist in the use of the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator).

I am a Chartered Psychologist (Business) and I have been recognised as an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. I am registered with the Health Care Professionals Council as well as being a Founder Member of the Association of British Psychologists. I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council; Association for Coaching; and Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
Experience of Coaching I have been coaching leaders, CEOs, Exec Boards and leadership teams since 2000. I work across public and private sectors. I have 10 years experience working with Heads and Chairs of Governors from Primary, Secondary and Special schools.
Diagnostic Tools I am qualified in a number of psychometric and 360 instruments including: MBTI; CPI, Firo B; HDI; Wave; Talent Q; EQI; 16PF5; Benchmarks; Skillscope; TKI. I
