Background and Work Experience I am an innovative and progressive leadership consultant and coach. My career over the last 15 years has included work with many complex issues for individuals and organisations. I am an innovative and progressive Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant whose career over the last 21 years has included work with many of the most complex issues for individuals and organisations. Since entering consultancy full time in 2000, I have built my own successful organisational development and coaching business and gained a powerful reputation as one of the most successful coaches in the North West of England. Much of my work in recent years has focused around the changes and challenges facing leaders and top teams in today's high pressure organisations. I work cross sector with both public, voluntary and private sector organisations and I am passionate about building authentic resilient leaders who can overcome personal challenges and improve their businesses. I specialise in helping individuals, teams and organisations with transformational change. Approach I trained as a coach with Peter Bluckert Coaching (former Chair of the European Council of Coaching and Mentoring) accredited by the University of Leeds, to Post Graduate Diploma Level. I  have worked with Sir John Whitmore of Performance Consultants International and founder of the original GROW Model. My approach is a blend of challenge and support working with the inner game, emotional intelligence and extremely results focused. I deliver high-impact, results-oriented coaching to individuals and teams. I work with executives, managers, entrepreneurs and creative professionals in business and private issues. I specialise in leadership, positive psychology, emotional and social intelligence and team dynamics.  Coaching means that I support you in becoming the best you can be.

6 years ago, I published my first book with co-author Deborah Dalley: Developing Your Influencing Skills, A Guide To The 7 Traits Of Influential People.  This has been followed with a training pack on the Steps to Influencing. She is also the co-author with fellow team coach Lynn Scott of the Transformational Teams Model and Diagnostic Questionnaire.

Experience of Coaching I have been a trained coach since 2001 and during that time I have coached over 500 leaders and managers cross sectors. I am a accredited consultant and coach in Emotional Intelligence with Hay Group Worldwide Diagnostic Tools I am trained to level 2 in the use of the Corporate Transformational Tools for Building Values Based Organisations with Barrett Values Centre.
