Background and Work Experience
I am a Director at North West Employers and provide strategic direction to the organisation, motivating and coaching a team, building strong client relationships and working closely with the Executive Board to deliver the corporate business plan. My professional background is in Organisational Development; working to support large scale change, team and individual development. My areas of expertise include leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, coaching and democratic leadership. My career has taken me from fast paced, commercial settings in the private sector to over nine years’ experience working in local authorities; leading and supporting key initiatives to drive individual and organisational performance. I have a real passion for helping people to grow and fulfil their potential with over 20 years of experience of facilitation and development.

My coaching style is informal and flexible so that it can be adapted to suit your personal needs.
Building rapport and creating an environment of trust are both important to me to ensure our coaching relationship is as productive as possible. I'll help you to identify and clarify your goals for the session, develop your own action plans and provide appropriate levels of challenge and support. Crucially, I believe that you have the answers and potential and we'll work together to bring that out.
