Background and Work Experience Before becoming a full-time coach, I spent 25 years working in the public sector, with over a decade as a senior manager in local authority and national government-run cultural organisations. I have a track record of developing successful, positive teams and individuals through a coaching-focused leadership approach. As an ILM7 qualified coach, I now work with senior leaders and executives to support them to achieve their leadership goals and make positive and sustainable changes in their careers, teams, organisations and wider lives. I also work with leadership teams on team purpose and strategic planning programmes. Approach I create reflective, creative coaching environments where leaders can do their best thinking and build clarity, confidence and strategies for success. I work with the psychological dimensions of coaching to help coachees recognise and build on their successes and tackle self-limiting beliefs and challenges to become the best leaders they can be. My coaching sessions are strongly results-focused, based on identifying clear goals and accountability.    

I am particularly interested in wellbeing at work, creativity and mindfulness in coaching, and coaching through change and transition.
