2023 Partner Program Goals And Insight
Mitel will be providing partners with new resources to support customer life-cycle management activities. These include enhanced business and account planning templates, new performance dashboards and expanded vertical specializations. Morpheus is already nearly 100 percent indirect-channel-driven. In 2023 it will team more closely with OEM partners such as HPE, Dell and Lenovo and therefore will be working more closely with shared partners who also work with those OEMs. N-able’s goal is to keep its team and partners growing together. It supports MSPs so they can make the most of their investments and helps them expand and scale their business through partner-focused programs, events and support. Nasuni is focused on dedicated marketplace solutions created with strategic partners as well as getting partner sales and technical cloud teams trained and certified. It also is enabling partners to discover and drive new add-on services. Neat’s goals are to create simplicity within the partner program and drive increased profitability for partners through programs, expanded portfolio offers and sales alignment. Nerdio is passionate about providing as many avenues as possible for partners to grow their Microsoft Azure skills. It plans to double the amount of MDF provided to partners to help create more training, education and community events. NetApp’s goal is to launch its cloud-focused, services- led partner program, NetApp Partner Sphere, which will consolidate multiple programs into one that centers on enabling partners by aligning to its solution competencies.

Netenrich aims to add more qualified partners, continue developing its existing channel program, and increase the amount of recurring revenue going through partners. With ever-expanding program offerings for its partner community, Netskope expects to see more partners embracing its SASE platform as customer demand accelerates for unified networking and security services. Netsurion added an authorized partner tier to allow easy entry for new partners. The company also increased margins and benefits for the top two tiers on deal-registered opportunities and aligned its MSP, MSSP and VAR programs.
