SS&C Blue Prism is extending intelligent automation value to customers by strongly incenting upsell, cross-sell and net-new customer acquisition. Starburst is continuing to focus on enablement and training with badging and certification to ensure partner success and productivity as well as increasing field-level engagement and co-sell with partners. StorMagic aims to provide partners with new features and product enhancements. Key initiatives include increasing the number of technical certifications and boosting incentives for co-selling opportunities with full solutions.

Sumo Logic is focused on providing new sources of customer acquisition and expansion for partners, which will yield a robust financial return from both Sumo Logic licensing sales and professional services. SUSE is improving its back-end systems based on partner feedback. This includes making it more efficient for partners to manage their not-for-resale software subscriptions and manage and close customer renewals. Swimlane this year will be launching a marketplace where partners can develop full-stack automation applications and be rewarded for their contribution as customers consume their apps. Synopsys will continue to enhance its partner program with an ongoing focus on ease of doing business, profitability and predictability based on an overall partner-first mentality across the organization. Syspro will be improving commissions, rebates and incentives this year. It also plans to encourage increased partner contribution to the business as well as higher marketing activity from the partner base. TD Synnex’s goal is to become the “go-to” channel financing partner for technology vendors and resellers. It is simplifying the process by successfully integrating into the selling motion for the partner. For 2023, TD Synnex would like to see at least 50 percent growth in participating partner and vendor year-over-year revenue. The distributor also aims to continue to grow its digital presence. In 2023 CommunitySolv will be focused on partner enablement and membership growth. The alignment of Varnex and TechSelect under one umbrella provides the opportunity to expand value to all partners.
