Transcripts ● NeSCC and ETSU send your grades to WRHS at the end of each semester to be placed on your high school transcript. ● How-to on requesting transcripts: ○ Northeast State transcripts can be requested at this link: www.northeaststate.edu/transcripts ○ https://www.etsu.edu/reg/records/transcripts.php ○ Students may either leave early or arrive late if they have classes scheduled during either of those class periods ○ 1st period DE Off-Campus students should arrive to campus in time to sign-in at the main office and be in 2nd period prior to the tardy bell ○ 4th period DE Off-Campus students must sign out in the main office then are expected to leave campus. These students may leave after 3rd period or during 3rd lunch. ● It is the responsibility of the student to communicate with WRHS what classes are being taken if “DE Off-Campus” is scheduled in PS ○ Students must select “DE Off-Campus” during PS registration then communicate via email with their counselor to indicate which class they have taken ○ Students may schedule a DE Off-Campus section in their PS schedule, but students do not have to schedule an off-campus class. For example: ■ Student A may schedule his online Stats class as 1st period DE Off-Campus ■ Student B may schedule her online Stats class in addition to the 4 classes she takes during the day at WRHS Dual Enrollment Off-Campus ● Students may take DE Off-Campus either 1st or 4th period

○ Comp. 1 and 2- Senior year only ○ All options available ● Northeast State DE Presentation: NeSCC_West Ridge Presentation ● ETSU DE Presentation: ETSU DE_West Ridge Presentation Preparing for DE (Prior to Junior Year) ● Take the ACT spring of your Sophomore Year ● Know the qualifying ACT score for the DE class you want to take: see above links ● If you do not have the qualifying ACT score for the class you want, make plans to take the
Accuplacer test through either ETSU or NeSCC to schedule a time ● Northeast State requires one of the following to dual enroll: ○ A 3.60 cumulative, unweighted high school GPA OR ○ 18-ACT English, 19-ACT Reading, and 19-ACT Math (for math/science courses) OR ○ College-level Accuplacer test scores
