Medical Engineering is an exciting and varied career ideal for those with a passion for combining science and engineering with healthcare. At our excellent facilities, which provide realistic workplace simulations, you will use your expertise in electronic or mechanical engineering and learn how to work with a wide range of equipment commonly encountered in the hospital environment. You will spend approximately half of your course on clinical placements, which will allow you to hone the practical skills you need to begin your career with confidence. You will also benefit from experience in our award-winning, on-site Health and Wellbeing Academy, which provides a range of services for the local community.
