HUMANITIES (PART-TIME) SINGLETON PARK CAMPUS / COMMUNITY VENUES

This dynamic and flexible part-time programme will give you a broad knowledge and understanding of humanities subjects. Taught on a part-time basis during the day and evening on campus and at other locations across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot, the degree will prepare you for challenging and rewarding roles in a wide variety of sectors, or for postgraduate study.

You will study a combination of compulsory and optional modules, taught by expert academics in their field through lectures, tutorials and seminars, and be assessed using a wide range of methods. You will study broad humanities modules offering innovative learning experiences as well as being able to choose modules in specific areas such as: English Literature, History or Sociology. You will gain a range of transferable skills which can open doors to future employment and postgraduate study, and you will be supported by our expert staff, with modules focused on academic writing development, critical thinking, and research.

The part-time degree was an affordable way to achieve a higher-level qualification. The tutors were all great, really supportive and encouraging. Throughout my time studying my confidence has grown tremendously, and I now feel like I'm on a level playing field.
