3. Experience of commissioning providers, including commercial procurement and contract management. 4. Knowledge of coordinating activities of a range of building and property professionals to agreed outcomes across a varied portfolio. 5. Ability to plan, manage and deliver building maintenance work programs on time and within budget. 6. Ability to demonstrate leadership in emergency situations and to formulate appropriate responses based on sound technical knowledge. 7. Experience of managing budgets to agreed outcomes and within a ‘value-for-money’ environment.

• Member of Building Services Management team.

• Represent Head of Estate Services (& Interim Head of Building Services) where appropriate/requested. • Designing and determining Maintenance & Engineering solutions as required for service improvement.

• Day-to-day performance management of service contracts.

• Day-to-day performance management of the in-house maintenance teams.

• Negotiation of service standards with customers and suppliers.
