u NIGC Facility License Standards were effective on March 3, 2008 u Requires the tribe to license their

gaming facilities and ensure the construction & operation of a gaming facility safeguards the environment, public health, and safety of employees and patrons

New Gaming Facility u The purpose of Part 559 is to ensure that each place,
