u OSHA/Tribal OSHA u Any Sanitation, Health, Safety and Emergency Preparedness plans and/or documents; u OR MOUs/MOAs with local counties, state agencies for Fire, Emergency Medical Tech (EMT), Ambulance, Police Services (AZ Compact) u FDA Food Code or State Dept of Health for certifications, training & inspections of food service operations

u Display of Liquor License u Attain a copy of the Liquor Liability Insurance Coverage u Attain a copy of the Facility Insurance Policy covering bodily injury and property damage on patrons u Confirming the process that all vendors conducting business with the casino must be licensed u

Other documents suggested to attain include: u Parking Lot Plan & Map u Emergency signs & postings in and outside gaming facility u Surveillance plan & maps of cameras inside and outside of gaming facility u Emergency Preparedness/Evacuation Plan and Procedures

u Fire Drill Exercises should occur atleast annually; Fire Extinguishers should be checked every month or quarter

u Security Plan – should entail the procedure on detainment of individuals; procedures on the physical protection of patrons, employees and their belongings while at the casino
