Slow to begin. Momentairily tightened for room near the 200m. Protested unsuccessfully against the second placegetter. FLEM 01/10/2022 Raced keenly through the early and middle stages. SANH04/02/2023 Slow to begin and then was crowded after the start. M V 22/10/2022 Raced keenly when gaining cover near the 800m. Rider stated it was not suited by the quick tempo and not being able to dictate terms. Vet reported no abnormalities. M V 25/03/2022 Got head up being restrained to a position with cover at rear of field. Rider explained intention was to settle back with cover. Horse has a sprint so elected to ride quietly until after passing the 400m. Weakened over final 50m in riders opinion. FLEM 29/10/2022 Got head up when overracing in the early stages. SANH26/01/2023 Rdr reported the pace of the race did not suit the gelding, and with the slow pace through the middle stages and the race then developing into a sprint home, it was not able to make up any appreciable ground when placed under pressure. A post-race vet exam revealed no abs. RAND21/01/2023 Raced wide and without cover throughout. CAUL 08/10/2022 Held up for clear running approaching and passing the 300m.FLEM 01/01/2023
