Pasta, ramen, noodles, spaghetti all of these are the favorite shapes of food of almost everyone. It is the most favored dish by the people of all ages around the whole world. Keeping in mind the luscious taste of this beautiful dish, we can add greens in it too. Veggie noodles, often made from zucchini, butternut squash or cucumber, are a great alternative to traditional or whole grain pasta. Add a double dose to your pasta by tossing in some greens in the sauce. You can add shredded broccoli, basil, spinach and avocado in your sauce based on the taste you want. Altogether, they add color, texture, nutrients and taste to your dish cutting down on calories and fat. Diner VEGGIE NOODLES Mix zucchini and scallions in the ground meat batter before turning it into a patty. Then cheerfully sizzle it, grill it, bake it or whatever you like, it is all good to go. Diner TURKEY BURGER Now it is time to enrich meat. You cannot or should not completely exclude meat from your daily meals. Meat is responsible to provide you with proteins and necessary amount of fat which is needed by the body. Exclusion of it can cause your entire diet plan go the wrong way.

Soups are versatile. They have an innate quality of adapting any type of vegetable or meat put forward them and turn it into a tasteful dish. Soups are hot served therefore they are mostly enjoyed in winters but soups are the healthy home remedy to treat throat ache. They are the best way to toss in different veggies and dish out a complete unique plate full or greens. Toss in some asparagus, blend of herbs and handful of greens like Swiss chard or kale and make your own soup. This way you get to keep a hold on fat, sodium and calcium levels.

You are in a mood to have a cheat meal but you also don’t want to cheat your diet plan. Here is what you need. Just swap the bread of your wrap or burger with lettuce. Exactly. This tiny swap of one basic item cuts down many calories since breads are rich in calories. Swap a spoonful of mayonnaise with homemade hummus for healthier kick. It’s light and creamy with less calories. Add your favorite shape of protein with the necessary greens and there you go. Enjoy your cheat meal without actually having to cheat on your diet plan.
