Snack KALE CHIPS

Snack time! Most of the fat and carbs in our body is formed by the junk we eat because we as human are absolutely incapable of giving up on snack time. Snacks are part of our routine. We cannot have movie night without snacks or evening tea time without snacks and the list goes on. Especially kids, they need to fuel up with snacks as if it is a ritual to them. Potato chips are bags of calories. The amount of calories these typical junk bags deliver is incomparable with that we have in our meals the whole day. These junk foods should be avoided at all cases. Instead of potato chips, drizzle kale with olive oil and your favorite spices and bake it for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and enjoy.
